I’m Joseph Resciniti AKA “Joey Mozz”

I grew up in a lively Italian household where food was the heart of every gathering — fresh mozzarella, homemade sauces, and cannoli were part of daily life. That love for food carried me far from my kitchen: I’ve spent years traveling across Canada, Europe and the Middle East, experiencing different cuisines and immersing myself in local cultures and traditions, learning from locals and artisans.

A CIA (Culinary Institute of America) graduate, where I learned technique and discipline. These experiences laid the foundation for over three decades in the food service industry as a professional chef and restaurant owner.

I have been featured in numerous publications and have received many accolades, including Best Restaurant in the State, four-star reviews, and top Zagat ratings.

Today, I bring passion to my Mozzarella, Cannoli, and Caviar business. Whether I’m hand-stretching warm mozzarella on the spot, filling fresh cannoli, or elevating a moment with a spoon of luxurious caviar, my goal is the same—to create warm, joyful experiences rooted in tradition and genuine hospitality.

I believe great food is about more than flavor; it’s about connection. My approach blends quality ingredients with passion, warmth, gratitude, and a sincere love for sharing food with others. Whether it’s an intimate gathering or a large celebration, I bring an elevated yet welcoming experience to every event.

Today, Joey Mozz brings the love directly to events throughout the Tri-State area through live-action food experiences: fresh mozzarella stretching, roaming cannoli and roaming caviar service.
